Products & services
AEROSOL VALVE DIP TUBES
Aerosol Valve Dip Tubes are critical components that ensure consistent product pickup and reliable spray performance throughout the life of an aerosol can. At HPA, we manufacture extruded dip tubes designed for stable fit and repeatable geometry, supporting smooth assembly and dependable dispensing. Our production includes in-line monitoring of outer diameter and ovality, with recorded measurement data used as part of our quality release process. This approach helps maintain consistent tube roundness and dimensional stability across batches. Dip tubes are supplied cut-to-length or as coils wound on cardboard reels, depending on your assembly workflow. Materials include PP, PE and PP/PE blends, allowing tube stiffness to be adjusted to match application needs. Optional color identification and tailored packing formats are available upon request.

LOTION PUMP DIP TUBES
Lotion Pump Dip Tubes play a key role in consistent product pickup and smooth dispensing in personal care packaging. HPA manufactures extruded dip tubes designed for stable fit on lotion pump systems and repeatable tube geometry. Our production includes in-line monitoring of outer diameter and ovality, with recorded measurement data used as part of our quality release process to support dimensional consistency across batches. We supply dip tubes cut-to-length or as coils wound on cardboard reels, depending on your assembly and packing workflow. Materials include PP, PE and PP/PE blends, allowing tube stiffness to be adjusted to match the viscosity and dispensing requirements of the application. Optional color identification and tailored packaging formats are available upon request.

TRIGGER SPRAYER DIP TUBES
Trigger Sprayer Dip Tubes are essential for consistent product pickup and smooth dispensing in trigger sprayer packaging. HPA manufactures extruded dip tubes designed for stable fit on trigger sprayer systems and repeatable tube geometry. Our production includes in-line monitoring of outer diameter and ovality, with recorded measurement data used as part of our quality release process to support dimensional consistency across batches. We supply dip tubes cut-to-length or as coils wound on cardboard reels, depending on your assembly and packing workflow. Materials include PP, PE and PP/PE blends, allowing stiffness to be adjusted to match application needs. Optional color identification and tailored packaging formats are available upon request.

AEROSOL EXTENSION RODS
Aerosol Extension Rods are rigid applicators designed to extend and direct the spray into hard-to-reach areas. They attach to the aerosol nozzle or spray head and help users apply products such as penetrating oils, rust removers, cleaners and maintenance sprays with better precision and reduced overspray. HPA manufactures extruded rigid rods with consistent geometry and clean finishes, supplied in tailored lengths and optional color identification upon request. Packaging formats can be adapted to customer requirements.

MEDICAL & HYGIENIC TUBING
Medical & Hygienic Tubing covers a range of extruded tubing solutions designed for fluid handling and controlled delivery in medical, hygiene, and diagnostic-related applications. Typical uses include nasal rinsing kits, respiratory and drug delivery systems, surgical kit components, specimen containers, and disinfectant dispensers. Our tubes can be produced with different levels of rigidity to support application needs, focusing on consistent flow, chemical compatibility, and secure sealing where required. Tubing can be supplied in tailored lengths and packing formats, aligned with customer specifications and integration requirements. Product groups include: Non-sterile medical tubes (general use) Nasal and spray application tubes Guide tubes (for integration in surgical and diagnostic kits) Tubes for agricultural milking systems (veterinary-grade use, available upon request)
