Aerosol Valve Dip Tubes are critical components that ensure consistent product pickup and reliable spray performance throughout the life of an aerosol can. At HPA, we manufacture extruded dip tubes designed for stable fit and repeatable geometry, supporting smooth assembly and dependable dispensing.
Our production includes in-line monitoring of outer diameter and ovality, with recorded measurement data used as part of our quality release process. This approach helps maintain consistent tube roundness and dimensional stability across batches.
Dip tubes are supplied cut-to-length or as coils wound on cardboard reels, depending on your assembly workflow. Materials include PP, PE and PP/PE blends, allowing tube stiffness to be adjusted to match application needs. Optional color identification and tailored packing formats are available upon request.
