LOTION PUMP DIP TUBES

Lotion Pump Dip Tubes play a key role in consistent product pickup and smooth dispensing in personal care packaging. HPA manufactures extruded dip tubes designed for stable fit on lotion pump systems and repeatable tube geometry. Our production includes in-line monitoring of outer diameter and ovality, with recorded measurement data used as part of our quality release process to support dimensional consistency across batches.
We supply dip tubes cut-to-length or as coils wound on cardboard reels, depending on your assembly and packing workflow. Materials include PP, PE and PP/PE blends, allowing tube stiffness to be adjusted to match the viscosity and dispensing requirements of the application. Optional color identification and tailored packaging formats are available upon request.
