SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES offers a generation of inline coating solutions for fully automated handling and coating of 3-dimensional parts. From loading to packaging, the process is fully automated and not one manual step is necessary – at a cycle time of only 0.4 seconds per component. This manufacturing solution is interesting for automotive, consumer goods, sanitary, mobile phones and packaging used in the cosmetics or beverage industry.
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES, a leading global provider of innovative production technologies for the manufacturing of high-tech products, is proud to introduce its latest development: eco-friendly, recyclable metallized coatings. Traditional metallized coatings often utilize non-recyclable materials and harmful substances, raising environmental concerns. Addressing this issue, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has successfully produced metallized finishes on PET plastic that have passed key recyclability tests, including metal detection and NIR resin identification. The Tests were conducted by certified test facilities of the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR).
The company’s core competencies include various processes of coating technology (PVD sputtering, PECVD, evaporation), surface treatment as well as wet-chemical and thermal production processes.

POLYCOATER - Inline Coating System of 3D Parts for Multiple Applications
The POLYCOATER is a sputtering production system for the fully automatic coating of 3D parts. The sputtering module can be interlinked with different innovative handling concepts, which also provide the possibility of incorporation of additional production modules (e.g. lacquering module, robot handling systems). The POLYCOATER system is designed as system for production use. The system can integrated into an existing production flow. An integrated exchange handling system is loading new parts and is unloading the metallized parts to an interface position. The POLYCOATER is the result of the combination of proven coating technologies, high-performance expertise and unique experience bundled with a revolutionary concept for the application of 3D coatings onto parts. The POLYCOATER offers a reproducible layer uniformity and a high deposition rates with highest coating quality and a high uptime through to permanent sputtering process control. The cycle time per carrier is down to 6 s with up to 18 parts on one carrier.
DECOLINE II - 3 D Inline Coating - for both Decorative and Functional Applications
Whether in the cosmetics sector or the automotive sector – metallic quality surfaces are needed more than ever for 3D coatings in the decorative sector. However, the coating of sensitive hardware is usually an expensive step. A new, fully automated 3D coating inline system is able to operate directly from the big pack to the finished product, saving time-consuming manual work. This is especially true for high-end cosmetic products as processes in bulk are not always possible, nor desirable from a surface protection standpoint. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES offers the second generation of inline coating solutions for fully automated handling and coating of 3D parts. Paintline - Inline Laquering System
The new PAINTLINE systems use recyclable water-based UV lacquer that are particularly environmentally friendly. The PAINTLINE is used for, among other things, the finishing of glass bottles.
