The POLYCOATER successfully passed pre-acceptance testing. During this phase, the machine metallized over 32,000 mascara bottles within just three hours—flawlessly.

As reported back in June this year the Decorluxe Group made a significant investment in advanced refinement equipment, selecting the Singulus POLYCOATER for its PVD metallizing capabilities.
Last Friday, the POLYCOATER successfully passed pre-acceptance testing at our headquarters in Kahl, Germany.
During this phase, the machine metallized over 32,000 mascara bottles within just three hours—flawlessly.
The next steps will follow at the beginning of next year, with the full line set to launch for the decoration of a wide variety of cosmetic packaging products.
