Metallising
Our fully automized and reliable in-line production lines are equipped with the latest modern technologies such as plasma pre-treatment, magnetron sputtering and UV lacquering systems. Fully automated and digital process controlled methods allow Vacumetal to excel in reproducibility. Resulting in the most stable production process in the market.

Lacquering
Our state of the art production facility is equipped with all coating and lacquering solutions. Thanks to a fully automated process with very high reproducibility and stable quality, we are able to meet the highest quality standards. We apply metallic, high gloss, semi matt, gradient and protective coatings.

Laser etching
We offer partial metallization by laser engraving. This versatile technology is used to create detailed designs and effects on glass surfaces. Our laser etching process delivers precise, permanent markings with high resolution. Ideal for branding, visual appeal, decorative purposes and value of your luxury glass packaging.
