Independent assessments confirm our progress

At Vacumetal, quality, sustainability and responsible business practices are embedded in everything we do. To ensure we continue to meet the highest standards, we regularly invite independent experts to assess our processes, culture and performance against internationally recognised standards.

Recently, Vacumetal successfully completed both the EcoVadis and SMETA (Pillar 4) assessments. We are proud to have achieved the EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing us among the top 5% of companies worldwide. This recognition reflects our commitment to sustainability, ethical business practices and continuous improvement.

The SMETA assessment also confirmed our compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. While the audit identified a limited number of observations, these are being addressed through a structured Corrective Action Plan.

We see these achievements as milestones rather than end goals. Sustainability and operational excellence require continuous improvement, which is why we keep investing in cleaner technologies, responsible sourcing, employee development and transparent business practices. We are also working to further strengthen our sustainability performance through frameworks such as CDP.
