Your major missions: Management and development of Key Accounts (customer loyalty) Briefing with technical/design teams in an international environment Analysis and advice for responding to calls for tenders / Understanding customer needs Presentation of creative/technical solutions in line with client budgets Collaboration with the purchasing departments of our offices in Paris and Hong Kong: models / customer returns / deadlines Launch and monitoring of production in China – occasional travel to Asia Your skills : 5 years of experience in the pack and/or promotion profession Your interpersonal skills and customer service Your ability to adapt, your flexibility, your attention to detail and the product You have a figures/development oriented profile Excellent listening skills and oral/written communication skills English essential (written/spoken)
