You will join the Sales Export team with the aim of winning over and retaining new customers in the beauty, fashion and jewelry sectors. Your main missions: Key account management (represents 70% of your activities): Represent COSFIBEL and present its know-how, innovations and collections. Create new opportunities with existing customers. Collect and manage the development of new products, from the requirements gathering phase to final delivery to the customer. Cultivate trusting relationships with customers Customer acquisition (30%): Identify new prospects, groups and brands. Negotiate new accounts to expand our portfolio. Enter new strategic markets. Your skills : 5 years of experience in BtoB Sense of customer service Ability to prospect Personal affinity for luxury Ability to work under pressure Excellent level in English and French
