Presentation of our latest varnish solutions developed and in particular our bio-sourced products which:
• magnify recyclable materials: glass, wood and aluminium,
• drastically save energy for production, solvents, Volatile Organic Compounds,
• do not prevent up cycling and thus promote the circular economy.
These products and solutions comply with the “Environmental Approach” charter according to at least one of the following criteria:
• contain a maximum of 10% volatile organic compounds
• contain at least 10% biobased substances
• allow drying under LED lamps.
The news
for glass, with a multitude of aspects and properties (gloss, matt, clear, coloured, opaque, “frost” finish, unbreakable glass and metallic finishes:
○ The ALCOAT range, single-layer hydro solution with thermal drying: its cross-linking process significantly optimizes energy consumption.
○ In the ALCURE and ALLUX ranges, very innovative solvent-based UV solutions with direct adhesion to the glass without solvent-based adhesion primer: they eliminate the use of the oven and its colossal energy consumption, while limiting VOC emissions.
○ Still in development, new hydro solutions could soon offer a phenomenal reduction in energy needs and will meet even more demanding criteria.
for wood:
○ A solvent-based UV solution that does not penetrate the substrate and considerably reduces the quantity of product required, VOC emissions, all combined with UV curing which limits energy consumption and preserves the substrate.
for aluminum
○ A hydrothermal solution like the one developed for glass.
○ A solvent-based UV solution with the same advantages as those for glass, to which are added the crucial properties necessary for resistance in the different shaping stages of these supports.
