ENVASES is constantly optimizing its manufacturing processes in order to minimize their impact on the environment, and promote efficient use of resources. We only use aluminium extracted exclusively in Europe (this requires 21% less energy than in 2010 and 75% of the electricity used comes from hydroelectric sources). In addition, 60% of our industrial waste is recycled and 35% is converted into energy. Our releases are already 70% below the legal limit and we continue to make progress. Aluminum is an infinitely recyclable material whose transformation process requires only 5% of the energy necessary for its initial extraction. Its lightness is also an advantage, especially for online sales platforms which must deliver all their products.
For more than 20 years, ENVASES has been offering a wide range of aluminum bottles with screw necks, which are an ideal solution for making refills (at the point of sale or at the end user). We also have ranges produced with 100% recycled aluminum, whether it is PIR (Post Industrial Recycled) or PCR (Post Consumer Recycled). Our new alloys also make it possible to reduce the weight of the bottles, while maintaining their resistance. Finally, the new interior varnishes that we offer on all our ranges, which no longer contain bisphenol, offer good chemical resistance with a very large number of perfume and cosmetic formulas.
