Most flip-top caps have a different orifice, which means that different caps needs to be stocked. With the Fuji Concept the aperture is made in the shoulder, not in the cap, which means that changing the orifice is a low-cost operation that can be done in a short time.
With the Fuji Concept, nine closures can be replaced by a single closure. The new technology also enables shorter lead times and reduces the weight of the closures compared to most flip-top closures. This also means, that less packaging space is needed, reducing not only the amount of packaging material used but also the amount of storage space required.
