Now, according to Mr. Werner Horn, CEO of SECURIKETT Ulrich & Horn GmbH, a major innovation has led to a new product that will protect packages against tampering even after they have left the factory.

Under the direction of Mrs. Marietta Ulrich-Horn, Securikett’s research department worked intensely on the development of the tapes. “The adhesive tape has special effects and is characterized by conspicuousness. Unexpected void effects and striking color changes that are caused by tape removal, make customers know instantly if a package is manipulated or not”, says Mrs. Marietta Ulrich-Horn.
“The technology is very customized, and the tapes can stand high temperature fluctuations which makes them perfect for airfreight and seafreight. The tapes underwent multiple tests, e.g. drop tests, and they all passed the tests with distinction. Furthermore we have very strict security measures that make it impossible for unregistered companies to buy these customized tapes”, says Werner Horn.
