As a service, we offer embossing on our aluminum closures. This gives you the opportunity to individually upgrade your product packaging. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for embossing stamps and recordings only occur once per item and are charged pro rata.

1handLid Inner Cover Bistable function The crucible, box, or container is characterized by an internal sealing groove. The lid is inserted into the container opening in its original state. By applying light pressure to the center of the lid, it switches to its second state with a larger circumference and closes the container. Using the handle attached in the center, the center of the lid is lifted, springs back to its original state, and is open again. The handle can be designed as an individual highlight with a decorative stone, button, tab, etc., according to your wishes. Your logo can also be easily integrated.

The secret of our new light LINE inVISIBLE designs is a holographic effect combined with a translucent color layer. Due to the highly transparent colors, the iridescent effects of the diffractive structure are not affected and can thus optimally show off their fascinating play of light in the reflections.

Lighter packaging for greater impact At MPO, innovation goes hand in hand with responsibility. Our latest advance in eco-design perfectly illustrates this ambition: we have developed a lighter clamshell box, made from fluted cardboard with optimised technical performance. Thanks to a carefully selected outer layer, the packaging retains its refined, high-quality appearance, while avoiding the creases that are usually visible on this type of structure. The result is visually flawless packaging that meets luxury standards, but is also much more environmentally responsible. A 47% reduction in weight: a strong gesture for the planet By going from 532 g for an identical format in compact cardboard to only 280 g, this new box is 40% lighter, without compromising on rigidity or customer experience. This technical feat translates directly into a significant reduction in carbon footprint on several levels: • Less raw material used, therefore less impact from the production phase onwards; • Fewer CO₂ emissions linked to sourcing • Fewer emissions during transport, thanks to a significant reduction in the overall weight of the pallets shipped.

The standard model MB-1501-N1 has a modern and elegant design. With sharp edges that play with the refraction of the glass, it displays a large panel for decoration. The new bottle was designed under the concepts of sustainability. The lightweight bottle project was worked on so that the flask received less glassy mass than a traditional one. The benefits achieved with this project involve a reduction in water and energy consumption, in addition to a reduction of more than 30% in CO2 emissions.
