V75 is the latest generation of thermoforming and filling lines for the production of monodoses in single or coupled plastic film. Chemical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and food industries are the main fields of application. The filling capacity of the vials and monodose units produced by V 75 varies from 0.25 to 200 ml also. The versatility is the main advantage of this Valmatic FFS machine model. In fact, the 75mm mould pitch makes this machine suitable not only for the production of monodoses with reduced capacity (1 ml) but also of larger monodoses (50-100 ml), used for example in the agricultural field. The unwinding system could be mono reel for the production of stand-up monodose or double reel for the production of standard and peelable monodoses with or without aluminium. The mould area is equipped with a container’s sealing control and the interchangeable cutting device allows the production of strip or shaped monodoses.
