V75 is the latest generation of thermoforming and filling lines for the production of monodoses in single or coupled plastic film. Chemical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, cosmetic and food industries are the main fields of application. The filling capacity of the vials and monodose units produced by V 75 varies from 0.25 to 200 ml also. The versatility is the main advantage of this Valmatic FFS machine model. In fact, the 75mm mould pitch makes this machine suitable not only for the production of monodoses with reduced capacity (1 ml) but also of larger monodoses (50-100 ml), used for example in the agricultural field. The unwinding system could be mono reel for the production of stand-up monodose or double reel for the production of standard and peelable monodoses with or without aluminium. The mould area is equipped with a container’s sealing control and the interchangeable cutting device allows the production of strip or shaped monodoses. V 75 can be combined with the Thermoprinter Valmatic V100 machine, a one-colour printer placed before the unwinder unit; the latter frees the customer from external printing services, with no wastage.

VAL 175 is a thermoforming and filling machine (FFS) designed for producing single-dose containers formfilled in laminated plastic sheets in which the whole company know-how has been put in: thanks to the easy access of this machine the format changeover from 1 to 300 ml is really fast and convenient to clean. VAL175 has been designed for cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry. VAL 175 is an all-around machine conceived for medium and large production: it can manufactures unit-dose and vials with or without flat bottom (stand-up). Its scope can vary from the coupling of a single folded film to the coupling of 2 plastic films or of one plastic film and one aluminum film (peelable). VAL 175 employs a mechanics combined with a cuttingedge electronic control both for the operator interface and the internal motion management. It is equipped with a Siemens touch screen operator panel, with a display of 10” fitted for remote control. The machine motion is possible thanks to a pneumatic-mechanical handling system controlled by Profinet modules, with cycles that can be adapted to the specific requirements of a product as well as a very short changeover times.

VAL56 is a complete automatic thermoform machine, filling and sealing single-dose containers and vials in plastic and paper. Automatic in all its stations VAL56 contains years of experience in design and contract packing production. Valmatic is in fact the first user of the FFS Models designed internally and used in the co-packing department. Compact but fast VAL56 has in fact a high productivity up to 40 strokes per minute. The in-line printer makes the customer independent from external suppliers and offers the possibility of producing even small batches for presentations, fairs or sampling without waste. The main stations of the VAL56 and each single volumetric filling syringe are managed by operator panel through servomotor ensuring optimal performance and simple control even by less expert operators.
