The Alzamora Group's Eco Wine Pack, a sustainable packaging solution for the wine industry, has received the Gold Award at the 26th edition of the European Carton Excellence Awards, consolidating its innovation and commitment to eco-design. Made from 100% recyclable and biodegradable cardboard, it combines sustainability, functionality and aesthetics, offering eco-friendly, resistant and consumer-friendly packaging. Its innovative structural design allows for high product visibility and easy handling thanks to ergonomic holes that enable the packaging to be held with one hand from any angle. In addition, its versatility allows for the creation of differentiated product lines, enhancing brand identity and the shopping experience. According to the client's creative director, Eco Wine Pack ‘maintains our philosophy: it is sustainable, practical and fun’, while Carles Cargol, R&D director at Alzamora Group, highlights that it is ‘a unique solution on the market, eco-friendly and resistant, designed with the consumer in mind’. In our ECOsphere range, we have selected for you the "AirFree® Vega bottle and Ecosolution™ pump" solution: a convenient, safe and eco-conscious bottle, available in 5 capacities: 50, 100, 200, 400 and 500ml. This eco-certifiable packaging consists of a PP bottle with an internal EVOH/PE oxygen barrier pouch and a 100% plastic pump. As the inner pouch collapses, the product evacuation rate is much higher than with a traditional bottle, even for highly viscous products. This airless bottle can be used at any angle, requires no propellant and is equipped with a pump manufactured with 50% fewer parts (compared to standard pumps). Can be used with short spout or long spout pumps. The bottle and pump are 100% recyclable because they are 100% plastic (no metal spring or glass in the pump).

To offer you a practical and eco-responsible packaging, we have selected this refillable and 100% recyclable roll-on bottle from our Ecosphere range. Eco-designed in Europe, this packaging adapted to the cosmetics market is composed of a white PP roll-on applicator delivered with its screw cap, a white PP refill bottle to be screwed under the applicator and a screw cap for the refill bottle sold separately. Thanks to the refill available in 50ml or 75ml, this roll-on is reusable, for a more responsible approach to packaging.

The 2in1 version of the Dispensing system ECODIS® is simple and innovative. Wheaton takes important steps that make a difference in building a more conscious and sustainable industry. Ecoglass, a sustainable packaging line, was developed to promote circular economy and, mainly, to reduce the consumption of raw materials obtained from nature. There are seven diferente models of glass bottles, all developed to protect the environment. It is within Wheaton's mission to develop and implement practices based on social and environmental responsibility. In this context, we highlight the production of glass packaging using post-consumer recycled cullet. We have a continuous production of glass packaging with PCR. In addition, all the internal cullet, originating from the production process itself, are also reused to produce new packaging, reducing the withdrawal of raw materials from nature.
