      As a service, we offer hot foil stamping on certain products. This gives you the opportunity to individually upgrade your product packaging. The technical feasibility depends on the shape and type of packaging. POHLI offers hot foil stamping in gold and silver, either glossy or matt. Other colors are also possible. Both glass and plastic packaging and closures can be embossed. We don’t just offer this service for large quantities. Additional costs for recordings only apply once per item and are charged pro rata.

      Hot stamping dies with embossment

      Is one of the most beautiful ways of refinements there are. This is a technique that allows to achieve an effect of hot stamping and embossing in just one pass (mostly high embossing). The main advantages of this solution are very little time consumption and flawless matching of hot stamping and embossment. These dies are made of brass in combination of epoxy patrices. Thanks to this production method, it is also possible to produce 3D embossing , just like in case of simple embossing. Adding to 3D embossing a gold or a transparent film allows to produce extraordinary decorative and elegant refinements.

      Hot Stamping products can be applied very universally to a wide variety of substrates and material surfaces. Heat and pressure are used to level out and flatten any unevenness and roughness of the material or substrate used. A heated embossing tool activates the adhesive layer of the product, which immediately creates adhesion to the substrate. Depending on the process, the embossing tool is usually made of engraved brass or etched magnesium. The shape of the embossing die used largely determines the visual effect and feel of the hot product embossing.
