Developed by Neural Hinge in collaboration with NUON, Kansa Pulse takes the material intelligence of the traditional Kansa scalp ritual into a new generation of active beauty technology.

The platform combines Neural Hinge’s Kansa based scalp architecture with NUON’s expertise in electronic beauty devices, integrating a central Kansa treatment contact, flexible scalp massage elements, LED light and EMS stimulation within one handheld system.

The contact field is designed to move through the hair and create distributed tactile stimulation across the scalp. At its centre, the Kansa element introduces a contrasting smooth, cool and concentrated massage experience. Light and electrical stimulation add active treatment modes without interrupting the physical ritual.

The collaboration explores a larger idea: what happens when inherited material knowledge and contemporary device engineering are designed together from the beginning.

KANSA PULSE is therefore conceived as more than an electronic scalp massager. It is a multimodal treatment interface in which material, geometry, touch and technology operate as one system.
