This fully recyclable, label-decorated Ø12.7 mm mini extruded tube is the smallest diameter ever achieved with our technology. We named it Ladybird.

This mini tube marks a major milestone: producing very small-diameter, label-decorated extruded tubes was previously considered highly challenging. Our lines now cover diameters from Ø12.7 mm to Ø60 mm, giving tube manufacturers and brands greater freedom in packaging design.

Our Decoplas™ technology combines extrusion with label decoration: you get the technical advantages of an extruded tube and the premium decoration quality of a label, with limitless customisation options and high recycling potential.

Mini tubes are gaining momentum across cosmetics, dermocosmetics, oral care and pharmaceuticals: travel sizes, premium skincare, ointments and trial sizes.
