Shoulderless cosmetic laminate tube - Trace

Trace is a Ø50 mm shoulderless laminate tube combining three innovations: a mono-material shoulderless cap, an ultra-fine side seam and a continuous 360° design. A unique combination for premium, lightweight and recyclable tubes.

Shoulderless cap: the shoulder and flip-top cap form a single component, assembled directly onto the tube body with our Saesa® system. The result is a lighter tube head, a clean silhouette and a tube that is easier to recycle.

Ultra-fine Decoseam™ seam: instead of a conventional overlap weld, our technology creates a butt-weld seam reinforced by a strip, now mono-material. The laminate tube offers a seamless look comparable to an extruded tube and improved haptics.

360° decoration: the design wraps all the way around the tube. Printed on a metallised PE laminate, it delivers a premium metallic effect without the constraints of metal.

For tube manufacturers: Aisa does not sell tubes, but the production lines to make your shoulderless laminate tubes, from side-seam welding to head assembly.
