The Unique Paper Tube
ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES FOR SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING This Ø35 mm laminated paper tube is produced on our SAESA®100 line. The renewable and resistant Natura Shape™ cardboard skirt from Stora Enso contains 72% fibers. Its functional barrier offers excellent resistance to liquids and oils. To enhance its visual appeal, we use hybrid printing technology which allows for a wide range of decoration options similar to what is done on the labels. Our Decoseam™ technology involves welding two strips inside and outside the joint to prevent the cardboard from absorbing moisture. The tube is easily filled and sealed using an automatic filling machine. Extrusion & Label: the best of the two worlds
Markets: cosmetic and personal care Thanks to Decoplas™ unique technology combining tube extrusion with innovative labelling decoration, you have the decoration and logistic advantages of the label in a tube format but with the feel and touch of an extruded tube. This is the perfection solution to produce sophisticated tubes with high recycling potential. Decoplas™ customers can use recycled PCR material to make the extruded sleeve and compression moulded shoulder. Fully recyclable, these tubes are already on the shelves. The ideally suited Decoplas™ technology is ready for the circular plastic economy because the thin decorated label perfectly hides any potential discolouration coming from the extruded PCR material.

80% Paper laminate tube - Together
An elegant paper tube elevated by refined gold embossing. This 50mm diameter tube is made from Huhtamaki's Blueloop™ barrier paper laminate, containing over 80% cellulose fibre. Or said differently, the laminate contains 80% less plastic, which is replaced with a biosourced material that reduces its carbon footprint considerably. Made from renewable resources, it perfectly combines sustainability and innovation, offering an elegant and responsible alternative to consumers. The paper material used for this tube offers new decoration possibilities: hot or cold foil deposition, embossing or even nano-embossing promise unforgettable haptic and visual experiences. Thanks to Decoseam™ technology, the longitudinal weld is covered by two strips, even on the outside, protecting the paper edges. The choice of a lighter shoulder and cap is part of a continuing eco-design approach to reduce the plastic part of this packaging.

Round Tube Slim Cap - Higher
This 50mm diameter round tube is made using our latest cutting-edge innovation: the Ultralight™ Technology. Eco-designed, this packaging combines performance and durability. It features one of the lightest shoulder and cap assemblies on the market, weighing just 2.4 grams. It stands out for its aesthetics while significantly reducing the use of plastic. Composed of a shoulder made by compression moulding and a cap made by injection, both mono-material PE, this tube is 100% recyclable in the HDPE stream. The Ultralight™ technology also gives free rein to your creativity: bring your own shoulder and cap design to life. The only limit is your imagination! The smallest 100% recyclable laminated tube packaging - Stronger
Compact and innovative, this 12.7 mm diameter round tube is our smallest recyclable tube in the HDPE stream, manufactured using a 220 µm PBL laminate Blueloop™ from Huhtamaki. Its format makes it the ideal choice for a variety of applications, from cosmetic samples to artist’s paint to pharmaceuticals. It is designed with our state-of-the-art MIBS (Mono Induction Belt Sealing System) technology, available on our SAESA® 120 and 240 machines, offering a solution that is both high-performance and environmentally friendly. Oval tube, 100% PE and fully recyclable - Faster
This 35mm diameter oval tube, produced using our cutting-edge Ultralight™ technology, contains a very light shoulder and cap assembly. It features a significant reduction in the weight of plastic used, to just 1.7 grams, while guaranteeing optimal mechanical and barrier performance. Its oval shape tube makes it more visible on the shelves and attracts more attention from consumers. Also made from a mono-material PE, it is 100% recyclable in the HDPE stream, giving it an added advantage in terms of durability. The Faster tube is produced on our Decoplas™ 240 line, at an impressive speed of 240 tubes/minute. It is the world’s fastest oval tube production line. The tube body uses our label extrusion process. Shoulderless cosmetic laminated tube. Flip Top Cap - Trace
“TRACE” is a cosmetic laminate tube features one of the lightest shoulders and caps on the market, significantly reducing plastic and material usage while preserving mechanical strength, barrier protection, and premium aesthetics. With its innovative design, TRACE is equipped with a monomaterial flip-top closure that supports recycling and reduces weight by replacing the traditional multi-part shoulder and cap with a single lightweight component. This patented technology, codeveloped with REPLACE, enables plastics industry players to transform composite plastic waste — previously considered unrecyclable — directly into 100% recycled and recyclable profiles such as stakes, planks, poles, and pallets. Replace technology has reached TRL 9, meaning it is fully proven and ready for largescale deployment across territories. Our model combines expert technical assistance with a circular economy approach, covering every stage from waste collection to the commercialization of new, high-value and competitive products. Our model complements that of plastic regenerators by providing a solution for recycling their residual waste streams. REPLACE’s solution transforms hard-to-recycle plastics into valuable, circular products, offering a concrete and scalable response to the packaging waste challenge.
