Sustainable Store Planning Manger, LVMH

Nicolas is an interior designer. He graduated from the Paris-based Camondo school in 1998. He worked for Sylvain Dubuissons design agency for 10 years, and for 5 years at Dior Parfums as Worldwide Visual Merchandiser. At Dior, he supervised the group’s first all-LED shop at Galeries Lafayette in Paris. Nicolas joined the environment team in 2013. With the aim of reducing energy consumption in shops without compromising quality, he launched a programme called LVMH Lighting with Christian Galichon, the Group CPO. Since 2015, Nicolas has been developing the LIFE in Stores guidelines, the Group’s rating system. This system became the Group’s shop award in 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022. This rating system covers all the themes of green architecture. During the pandemic, it focused on training and influencing all the Group’s architects and innovating in the field of intelligent construction technologies. In 2022, the Sustainable Store Planning (SSP) projects and community will return, bringing together more than 800 creative people. In October 2022, LVMH signs a unique collaboration agreement with Hang Lung Properties on sustainable development initiatives, orchestrated by Nicolas.
