Press release | Paris Packaging Week launches third edition of acclaimed Future Leaders programme to spotlight next-generation innovators
Paris, May 28, 2025 – Paris Packaging Week is proud to announce the launch of its third edition of its Future Leaders programme, a now-established initiative that shines a spotlight on the most promising young professionals shaping the future in the global packaging industry.
Since its inception, the Future Leaders programme has become a prestigious platform for rising stars in beauty, personal care, luxury, drinks, and aerosol packaging. Now in its third year, the programme continues to celebrate young talent who are innovating, inspiring, and leading change within the sector.
“This programme has quickly become one of the most exciting aspects of Paris Packaging Week,” said Christelle Anya, Content & Community Director at Paris Packaging Week. “Each year, we are amazed by the creativity and drive of our Future Leaders. This third edition builds on that momentum, giving even more visibility and voice to the next generation.”
A class of 2025 Future Leader Romana Guennoud from Huda Beauty adds, “It’s a unique experience to learn, grow and share your vision of tomorrow’s packaging. Even if you don’t think you’re ready or experienced enough, it’s precisely by seizing this kind of opportunity that you really evolve! You’ll learn a lot, meet inspiring people and, above all, gain confidence in yourself.”
