      At Carlos Valero SL we are specialists in the manufacture of decorated plastic parts for different sectors. We offer mould manufacturing, plastic injection, evaporative PVD metallization and liquid painting services. With this range of services, we offer our customers the possibility of fully manufacturing their plastic parts and we assume responsibility for the entire process. At this fair, we are unveiling a new metallization system with which we have managed to eliminate the base varnish from the process, which represents a 40% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to current systems. Our innovative system also allows us to achieve finishes with infinite textures on the pieces through laser texturing of the mould. We have achieved a range of colours obtained directly from the PVD evaporation process that are totally new to the market. We offer product designers very interesting developments in the finishing of plastic parts with a significant CO2 reduction compared to current systems.
