6-Month Internship - Supply Chain
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement of orders in Europe and internationally (import, document flow, and platform updates) subject to CSR certifications and regulations (EUDR, MACF, GOTS/GRS product certifications). The internship has a broad supply chain dimension, as you will be involved in all stages of the supply process, from transport coordination and import regulations to delivery to customers.
In concrete terms, your daily tasks will include: Monitoring regulatory developments and defining compliance processes for EUDR/MACF and other regulations; highlighting best practices and the functionality of tools in collaboration with the CSR and Logistics/Customs departments; operationally managing maritime import orders in collaboration with our suppliers to guarantee on-time departures and contribute to reducing our CO2 emissions; organizing order deliveries from the Anaïk Paris, Anaïk Villeneuve d'Ascq, Anaïk Asia, and Anaïk America offices, acting as a coordinator between international teams (purchasing, sales, product) and external service providers; preparing complete sets of documents to ensure proper customs clearance; using our IT tools to track merchandise flows; and filing declarations on external platforms to ensure compliance. The responsibilities associated with this position are broad and allow for initiative and teamwork. Interpersonal skills and soft skills are paramount: both externally with our clients and service providers, and internally with buyers, sales representatives, and international offices. Your role will also allow you to experience a purpose-driven company and B Corp certification in an international context.
