Work-Study Program in Purchasing: Gifts, Accessories & Packaging (M/F)
Are you a Master student (first or second year) looking for a rewarding work-study experience? This program will allow you to gain 360° Purchasing experience within a mission-driven, B Corp™ certified company facing significant environmental and social challenges, all within an international context. Working directly with our purchasing team and closely with the design and sales teams, you will play a key role in projects carried out with our suppliers for our clients.
As part of a team of 5 buyers, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and sourcing new suppliers, both for large-scale and near-shore imports, by seeking the most suitable partners in terms of cost, quality, production capacity, and reliability. Participating in supplier consultations, calls for tenders, and various negotiation stages, contributing to the comparison of offers and the selection of the best opportunities. Monitoring orders in conjunction with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and the smooth coordination of flows. Analyzing purchasing costs and identifying optimization opportunities to improve product profitability and competitiveness. Contributing to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes by proposing concrete actions to streamline the organization, improve data reliability, and enhance operational efficiency. Conducting regular market research on raw materials, suppliers, industry trends, and market developments to inform purchasing decisions. We are looking for a student (Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, International Business, etc. Prior work-study experience preferred. Candidates should be rigorous, organized, and analytical, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The position starts in September and will allow you to join a dynamic and stimulating environment focused on innovation, the environment, and international expansion.
