Internship/Work-Study Program: Beauty Supply Manager
As part of our business, we are looking for an intern to support the complete production management of our clients gift projects, from order placement to final delivery. Reporting to a senior buyer, you will be at the heart of operations, coordinating the commercial, purchasing, and logistics aspects, while ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and client requirements.
Your main missions revolve around the overall coordination of projects through the following areas: Ensuring a comprehensive overview of each production project; Guaranteeing the smooth flow of information between the sales, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams; Maintaining clear traceability of exchanges and documents; Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. In detail, your tasks and responsibilities will be: Verifying the accuracy of information (products, quantities, deadlines, technical specifications); Ensuring order tracking throughout the process; Managing customer requests (modifications, postponements, cancellations) in coordination with internal teams and suppliers; Contributing to customer satisfaction through rigorous monitoring and clear communication; Managing purchasing and coordinating production; Monitoring production schedules and following up with factories if necessary; Organizing and planning quality controls according to customer requirements; Collaborating with the quality department in case of non-conformity; Coordinating product adjustments with suppliers; Preparing the shipping phase (packing, labeling, compliance); Transmitting the technical documents necessary for production; Verifying certificates of conformity and Traceability. Participate in launching supplier payments. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, etc. Organized, rigorous, and with a good sense of priorities. Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in French and professional English (supplier communications). Proficient in office software.
