Responsibilities • Supplier management and development, performance assessment and monitoring. • Dual sourcing, sourcing in Italy, the EU and outside the EU, market analysis and benchmarking. • Negotiating framework agreements and monitoring contractual terms. • Defining and monitoring cost-reduction plans. • Optimising stock levels and indirect costs. • Coordinating the Procurement team in an operational capacity. • Driving innovation within the function through spend analysis, digitalisation, data analysis and AI. Requirements • 8 to 10 years’ experience in industrial procurement. • Knowledge of metallurgy, mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic components and pneumatics. • English at B2+ level, proficiency in Excel and AI tools. • Analytical mindset and experience in team coordination. • Willingness to travel.
