Mi.Ri.Flex™ is the new simple and compact semi-automatic machine for filling, sealing and cutting pre-formed vertical containers and vials made in plastic film. This machine is fed with pre-formed open containers in reels with fixed width (17.4 mm) and capacity from 0,50 to 15 ml. Valmatic internally produces rolls for this machine. Mi.Ri.Flex™ fills liquids of different viscosities and cuts single doses or strips of maximum 20 pieces. The machine is controlled by an operator panel to set production rate, length of the strip and sealing temperature. Mi.Ri.Flex™ is the ideal solution for small batches producers and for those people who are starting their own business without significant investments.

The Miami and Morea flasks are distinguished by their stocky shape which offer good linear visiblity and allow easy labeling. Available in HDPE and PP, Moréa bottles meet the requirements of antiseptics, anti-lice and mosquito repellent in particular. The small capacities (12ml, 25ml, 50ml or 100ml) are well adapted to the development of travel sizes or samples.

Our Mila creamy stick is a great packaging fit for foundations, cremes, serums and other liquid cosmetics. The inner lid with its hole guarantees a convenient and precise product application. The stick can be filled in common practices from top (just like a jar). It’s even fully made of PP and can be made of PCR material in the first place. Depending on your needs, the outer shell and lid can be metalized for a premium appearance. And various color / decoration combinations can be implemented, such as two different colors on the stick. The undulating pattern of rills create a dynamic and visually interesting texture that sets it apart from traditional smooth packaging surfaces.
