Vodka Diesel has been designed as an alternative solution for achieving large areas of bright solid violet color, available in two refined aesthetic finishes: glossy and matte. The film offers two visually distinct surfaces, both with a strong aesthetic impact: one with deep gloss, the other with a matte and elegant character. Both ensure excellent resistance to scratches and abrasions, preserving the product’s beauty over time. Vodka Diesel can be easily laminated onto cardboard or used as a label on various substrates. Its structure makes it perfect for die-cutting into customized shapes and sizes, ensuring clean and precise cuts. Thanks to its high-quality surface, high surface energy, and uniform thickness, it is particularly suitable for printing techniques such as letterpress, flexography, offset, lithography, screen printing, and hot stamping.

The packaging of Vodka Votiva, designed by Spazio Di Paolo and produced by Pozzoli, touches the boundaries between design and art. With coloumn distinctive features, this packaging is made entirely with materials from the Fedrigoni group and equipped with the innovative Twist2Open solution created by Pozzoli, along with some surprising enhancements, including hot foil embossing and an offset embossing that recalls the marble of the Greek Temple of Capo Colonna, the inspiration for this objet d’art. This patented solution is characterized by its opening: as the name suggests, it is not necessary to pull, but to rotate. The Twist2Open solution looks like a simple – yet elegant – three-element box, but inside it hides the unexpected, which will make your head spin.

The Volluto range offers large combination of bottles, perfect for hygiene products for the whole family. Available in HDPE, the bottles offer good resistance to shocks and compatibilities. VT240 is a thermoforming-filling machine designed in accordance with G.M.P. regulations (good manufacturing practice) for the production of thermo-formed unit-doses in plastic laminated material, aluminum or specials papers. It is suitable for liquids, gels, creams, dense products, semi-dense products and powders for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries. The machine has been designed with cantilevered main frame, this allows a better accessibility to the operator to make format changes and cleaning. In addition, the machine is equipped with a film warehouse, with the possibility of using one or two films, support that allows you not to stop the machine and processing for reel changes and an automatic system of blowing containers with inert gas. VT240 is equipped with a system of moisture control and environmental monitoring within the machine and it can be built in accordance with the CFR 21 Part 11 regulation published by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) related to technologies for construction of machines for the pharmaceutical industry.

Our team contributes to the design of customized packaging for drawn glass bottles with volumes ranging from 0.60 ml to 100 ml, primarily for the Perfume, Cosmetic, and Pharmaceutical industries. Our various workshops, including one that has been in operation for over 75 years, have consolidated on a 2,800 m² site for the manufacturing of bottles, decoration, and packaging. As a result, we possess extensive experience and a high production capacity for a wide range of products, with a high level of service and quality, and flexibility allowing for productions with a minimum of 5,000 pieces. Each order results in the creation of a detailed technical file corresponding to a specification sheet under the supervision of our quality control department. Our longevity, experience, and organization enable us to work with the most representative clients in the profession, both in France and abroad.
