FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS. The cosmetics industry uses many gift boxes and often combines different products that must be presented in a beautiful way. A more sustainable and flexible solution can be to choose a generic box and differ the product combination with a printed sleeve and sticker. In this way, the box can be re-used and it gives you more flexibility for your product assortment and supply chain. The large number of gift boxes in the store also makes “facing” on the store shelf a challenge: The design must stand out from the crowd. But we have a lot of graphic ideas for how it can be done so it also supports and is loyal to your brand. There are different ways of fixing the cosmetic products into the boxes. Inlays are often used for this purpose and here we have a wide variety of options. Whether you like it to be in RPET or cardboard - we always look at the best option based on your needs. Inlay in cardboard for fixing of the products is a more ecofriendly choice. We can pre-glue the inlays for easy placement of the products in the boxes. The mask can also be printed for the unboxing experience.

How we reduced material and plastic by 50% for our client. In collaboration with one of our clients, we developed their gift boxes to make them even more sustainable. By changing constructions where possible - and by looking at the choice of materials, we managed to cut down heavily on their packaging consumption and at the same time reduce their consumption of plastic by more than 50%. The packaging for Boozt with Bodyologist beauty products was created as a minimalist folding box without unnecessary inserts, reducing material use and waste from the very start. Instead of an inlay, the products were packed in soft silk paper—a gentle touch that protects, elevates the unboxing experience, and keeps materials to a minimum. This streamlined packaging approach lowers resource consumption, reduces shipping weight, and supports more responsible transport—without compromising on quality or aesthetics. It’s proof that premium beauty doesn’t need excessive packaging to feel special.

Is your product Ecocert or about to become so? The Ecocert is about securing the environment throughout the product’s life cycle. We developed a tube for an organic body oil. The tube is made of FSC 100% recycled paper and is in compliance with the demands from Ecocert.

Flora Danica wanted a refined approach with an exclusive hand care collection that redefined the unboxing experience. It should reflect the brand's botanical heritage while offering a moment of quiet luxury for the holidays. Each structural element was designed with responsible choices, from the opening that reveals the products, to the uncoated paper that echo the natural ingredients inside. The elegant mint green box embossed with delicate brand details, reflects Flora Danica’s botanical universe — refined, authentic, and inspired by the flora of Denmark. To accommodate the 2 heavy handcare products, we engineered a thick cardboard inlay to cradle each bottle securely and prevent movement during transport. In order to maintain a seamless, premium appearance, the lid and base was secured with a ribbon, easy to pack onto the box. The box was made in cardboard and paper only. No plastic. The ribbon was loose and not glued to the box so it was easy for waste sorting.
