PAWI Ecoflex: A Cardboard Insert for Chocolates and Truffles

PAWI Ecoflex replaces plastic inserts with FSC®-certified cartonboard for premium praline packaging

With PAWI Ecoflex, we replaced the previously used plastic insert for Guylian with a cartonboard-based solution designed for premium praline packaging.

We manufacture the insert from FSC®-certified cartonboard and paper. An integrated divider keeps the pralines securely in place, while the construction allows easy insertion and reliable processing in production.

PAWI Ecoflex also gives us greater flexibility in terms of colour and presentation. For Guylian, we produced the insert in brown to create a coordinated look with the pralines and the outer packaging.
