Emballé 5.0 – Packaging for tomorrow

For this 14th edition of Emballé 5.0, the Conseil National de l’Emballage (CNE) received 47 entries from 135 students from 10 schools and universities. Of these, the jury had the task of selecting just six. On 8 February 2024, the three winners were elected by the public.

Each year, the competition recognizes and promotes innovations that are relevant to consumers, meaningful for the common good, and environmentally friendly.

Discover the three winners:

3rd place – PACK SPACE by FSPACK COGNAC

PACK SPACE is a video game packaging revisited by reducing both mass and volume at source, with instructions for use in the form of a QR code, all with a reduced environmental impact.

2nd place – CURL&GO by INSTUTYT AGRO DIJON

CURL&GO is a packaging solution that drastically reduces the volume of cosmetics packages sent via e-commerce (by an average of 92%). Made from cardboard (monomaterial) and recyclable.

1st place – REFILLNAILS by IUT PEC EVREUX

REFILLNAILS is a refillable packaging for nail polishes. The refillable part is made of glass, while the refill is made of plastic with a rounded bottom for a better restitution rate. A refillable solution with less environmental impact.

Paris Packaging Week is proud to be a sponsor of the Emballé 5.0 2024 ceremony, and to be able to continue in its mission to promote and celebrate the new generation of packaging innovators. Congratulations to all participants!
