Future Leaders Programme white

The programme dedicated to young talent

The face and voice of our industry's future

The Future Leaders programme highlights young talents who are shaping the future of our industry. Each year, a group of 10 promising leaders under the age of 30 is selected by a jury of recognised professionals.

These inspiring young people stand out for their vision, commitment and impact.

Through the programme, we offer them a voice, visibility and a platform to share their journeys, ideas and vision for the future.
Future Leaders is much more than an award – it is a community of bold minds who embody change and inspire the next generation of leaders.
