Global shipments of aluminium aerosol cans have surged by 6.6%

Market expansion is primarily attributed to robust demand in the high-volume sectors of deodorants, hairspray, and hair mousses, all of which recorded approximately 8% growth compared to the previous year.

Sustainability remains a focal point within the industry, with both industry stakeholders and consumers alike aiming to minimize the packaging’s carbon footprint as much as possible. However, there is a scarcity of high quality aluminium scrap on a global scale, crucial for the technically intricate manufacturing of aluminium aerosol cans.
