Hennessy celebrates Chinese New Year 2024 with artist Yang Yongliang

Among the artworks created by artist Yang Yongliang for Hennessy in honor of Chinese New Year is a porcelain decanter handcrafted by Bernardaud. The one-liter vessel houses the maison’s Paradis cognac, and comes in oak secondary packaging.

Red, the symbol of joy and luck, and gold, the symbol of prosperity, appear on Hennessy’s XO and VSOP bottles, as well as on the brand’s Paradis cognac, presented in a porcelain decanter handmade by French porcelain specialist Bernardaud.

More than ten craftsmen would have worked on this one-litre vessel, in a process involving more than 15 stages. After the porcelain is fired, the golden dragon decoration is applied by hand. The porcelain decanter comes in an oak box and is available in a limited edition of 485.
